Another attempt by Puerto Rico's top crowd-pleasers to maintain their audience and expand their voluminous recorded legacy. Despite changing fads, they remain seemingly indestructible. "Agua Pasada" and "La Curandera" were the tunes that received ample publicity, but Omar Alfanno's humanistic "Trinchera" and "Mente Positiva" are standouts. Another El Gran Combo treat. Sad note: This was Fanny Ceballos' final recording with the orchestra. He passed away a few months later.
