Der Bingle and Rosemary Clooney trade off features on this LaserLight collection, which grabs holiday work by the two vocal paragons from widely differing eras and sound qualities. While Clooney's songs appear to date from after the '60s, Crosby's are probably radio sessions or muffled studio sides from much earlier. Although it's difficult to criticize great vocalists performing great songs, the fact that this collection doesn't even include Crosby doing "White Christmas" makes it one of the least enjoyable holiday albums with his name around.
