The Best of Star Wars is a recording by the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra performing selections from the trilogy of classic sci-fi movies that made George Lucas rich and composer John Williams a household name. The recordings aren't anything special, and are so famous that, anyone who might want a distillation of the three soundtracks on one disc would likely pick up a copy of The Star Wars Trilogy, which contains the original performance, making this collection redundant. Strangely, there is a disco version of the theme from the Cantina titled "Star Wars Theme (Disco)," which makes for good kitsch value if nothing else.
