Released simultaneously in early 1999 with the first two volumes of this series, Points in Time, Vol. 3 includes some of the U.K. drum'n'bass label's more notable tracks by a wide range of artists. This particular volume heavily leans toward the work of LTJ Bukem and Axis while also including PFM's beautiful "Dreams," making it an excellent collection of serene drum'n'bass. Anyone interested in investigating Good Looking's sound may want to try one of the other volumes though for a better sampling of the label's different artists. Of course, just because this release focuses on Bukem and Axis doesn't mean that the music suffers at all; on the contrary, the music is just as wonderful, if not better, than that found on the other albums, even if it isn't as diverse.
