This unusual budget release, featuring six songs by the Dirt Band and four by McGuinn from different Florida club dates, and apparently broadcast on the Nashville Network's Church Street Station, is good as far as it goes. In addition to the obligatory "Mr. Bojangles," and the Dirt Band performs spirited, well-recorded versions of Bruce Springsteen's "Cadillac Ranch" and their own "Partners, Brothers & Friends" and "High Horse." The fidelity is good, with vivid separation on most of the instruments and excellent detail to the harmonizing on "Home Again In My Heart," and all of the band's work supported by a very enthusiastic crowd joining into the spirit of the show. In the absence of any recent live releases (other than their anniversary album) by the band, this isn't bad.
