If you are not the sort who reads the small print on the back of the jewel case before you buy, you might easily suppose that this is an album of duets by Judy Garland and her daughter, Liza Minnelli. In fact, it contains five Garland tracks originally recorded for Decca Records in the 1930s and '40s, among them favorites like "Over the Rainbow," "The Trolley Song," and "On the Atchison, Topeka & the Santa Fe," plus four Minnelli tracks from various stages in her career, among them a version of "Cabaret," and one live track by mother and daughter together, "Don't Rain on My Parade." As such, it is a dubious release.
