AllMusic Review by

The budget-priced Endless Love: Motown Love Songs assembles a scant nine of the label's most romantic hits, among them no less than four contributions from Diana Ross: the title duet with Lionel Richie, "It's My Turn," "Touch Me in the Morning," and the Supremes chestnut "Love Child" -- which, come to think of it, isn't particularly romantic at all). Most of the tracks date from the early '80s, including Smokey Robinson's "Being with You" and Charlene's "I've Never Been to Me," and while the quality of the material is consistently strong, the collection is too conceptually flawed -- and, at just over 34 minutes, much too short -- to safely recommend.
