This album contains an exquisite live version of "I Need Your Love So Bad". Stunninging subtleties for a live recording. In fact this version is my favorite slow Blues ever. So if you are a serious Blues fan, this is a "must listen close".
The album is raucous, sterling Blues (some listeners will catch a bit of filler). Danny Kirwan's slide is featured, and that's a treat in balance with Peter Green's clean genius.
Then things changed...Who knew what was coming from the Mac a few years later? Also creative, technically brilliant music. And some of the originals were compensated for their art far beyond what a great Blues Band's ever gonna earn, eh?
