The best live rock album of all time that inspired a whole generation (or generations) of aspiring musicians (me included). Like most live albums, it was embellished in the studio, but the result speaks for itself. It really feels like you are there in the arena. Alive! captures perfectly the almost religious experience and electric atmosphere of a rock show. Absolutely essential album.
