Despite what the message of their name gives off, Too Many Gods never set themselves out as a band that attacked theology. Rather, the Detroit five-piece gives off an underlying glimmer of hope to their lyrical content. And with their attended use of hard-hitting techno-industrial, Medea Records packaged Too Many Gods on their 1998 full-length debut Lullaby.
