Artist Biography by

A short-lived Rhode Island-based garage punk band that existed long enough to release one EP, the Delinquents were considered by many in the area to be the first real punk act to come from the nation's smallest state. Made up of members Vinnie Earnshaw (vocals, bass), Slug Druggist (vocals, guitars), and Deadman on drums, the trio would be unheard from for a good couple of decades until the CD release of It Is What It Ain't saw the light of day in 2003 on the Rock of Eighties label. Earnshaw would go on to work with other notables in the garage and punk worlds, such as Jerry Nolan.
