Michelle Herrmann

Known as the "Punisher" in the Detroit DJ scene, the ambitious Michelle Herrmann began Seismic Records in 1997 to release her own productions. Known for the Swedish techno influence she introduced to her sound, her skills have brought her around the country with other Detroit luminaries such as Derrick May, Fannon Flowers and Richie Hawtin. In 2002, she become a guest DJ on the Satellite XM Radio system that started regularly being installed into General Motors cars that year. With her label thriving in the Detroit underground, she has released several singles and EPs in the area under the Punisher moniker.
