Chorley, Lancashire, England-trio comprising Mr Wiz, Sonic G and Microphone Don, who made their reputation with two strong 1991 cuts, ‘Destroy All The Stereotypes’ and ‘Don’t Be Misled’, both of which showcased their jazz/rap leanings. Their debut album, however, only included three tracks not released on their initial brace of 12-inches, which lessened its impact. Much more representative was a subsequent set for Kold Sweat, which included an attack on music business nepotism in ‘Who Ya Know’ while the title-track argued against the virtual ending of the vinyl format (ironic given that their debut was on CD only).
