Jason Kane is a recent graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, and currently works in the concert promotion business at New Park Entertainment in Philadelphia, PA. During his stint at UPenn, he held a weekly radio show, "The Enlightenment", and periodically contributed music reviews to the University pop-culture magazine "34th Street". A man of varied tastes, it is not unusual to find the slots of his cd changer occupied by John Coltrane, the Pixies, and Orbital at the same time. Quenching his desire to keep the creativity flowing, he plays music with whoever will do so with him in the Philadelphia area, using whichever instrument is most needed, or is readily available. His ultimate future desire is to start and run his own record label, promoting truly innovative and inspiring music and musicians.
