George Hall plays both guitar and keyboards with Boston groups such as Seks Bomba and Dogzilla. He is also the main writer of material for the former group, with which he released recordings in both 1999 and 2001. He should not be confused with the likes of George Hall, journeyman British rock keyboardist; George Hall, big-band leader from the good old days; or even George Hall, veteran character actor.
One infallible way to tell him apart from these others with the same name would apparently be to examine his hands, according a tidbit originating in a Boston rock column. The three-line item describes an incident in which Hall "got his finger stuck in a dumpster and it got twisted into a new shape." After canceling the next few gigs, the legend has it that the new-fingered guitarist, as opposed to new-fangled, could play chords as yet unheard, perhaps even the legendary "lost chord."
