A mid-'80s group that made one album for Flying Fish in 1984 titled The Jazziest Balkan Dance Band Around. They mixed traditional jazz instrumentation with harmonica, mandolin and non-traditional things like the darabuka, kaval, and roto-toms. They played both Balkan material and jazz standards like "A Night in Tunisia."
