Wings in the Dawn is an extremely canned CD by Naoyuki Onda. The pieces are contrived from formulaic new age techniques and drab ethnic performances. Onda uses a koto, piano, and nature samples to build sappy atmospheres. He contrasts them with weak techno rhythms and out of place synths. This disc had potential. Onda chose to ignore it and create Muzak.
