AllMusic Review by

A compilation of singles released on Gamble Records. The only Top 40 hit is the Intruders' "Cowboys to Girls," who also do "Give Her a Transplant." The other Gamble Records all-stars didn't have any national or regional hits, but most of these did enjoy local success. The Jaggerz "Gotta Find My Way Back Home" did some business in Pittsburgh, PA, Frankie Beverly & the Butlers' "Love (Your Pain Goes Deep)" and Billy Paul's "Billy Boy" in Philly. Gail Anderson's (arranger Bobby Martin's protégée) "Let's Fall in Love All Over Again" and the Brothers of Hope's rendition of "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me" are solid. Also onboard: the Cruisers, the Panic Buttons, the Baby Dolls, Dee Dee Sharp, and Bobby Marchan. A CD update fleshed to at least 20 tracks is overdue.
