When your third album comes over three years after your first two, which had been released to almost no critical or commercial notice, kicking things off with a track called "Guess Who's Back" invites smart-alecky comments like "I dunno, who?" Having the song consist of little more than the chanted phrase "Guess who's f*ckin' back?" interspersed with scratching and samples from far more dynamic old-school records, the only possible response is "And when will you be going away again?" The rest of this album, the work of two white rappers from that thriving hip-hop stronghold of Boise, ID, is equally inane, consisting of tired rhymes of no substance set to played-out beats of no musical merit. Suffice to say, half of this album title is factually correct.
