AllMusic Review by

With its self-titled debut, Terra Diablo pledges allegiance to the early-1990s shoegazer scene while also leaning toward an aggressive rock edge, giving its tunes the urgency of CHROME-era Catherine Wheel (see the tense opener, "Satellites"). Some songs, though, tone down the Scottish act's dreamy atmospherics in favor of a more direct approach, most notably the hard-charging "Control," allowing for an accessible, though still intriguing, guitar-driven sound.
