A stirring instrumental release by Décio Rocha, multi-instrumentalist and instrument creator. Neither a jazz nor a Brazilian music album, the release makes reference to each language here and there, Rocha not being interested in establishing himself firmly in a given genre. The album is a collage of styles, including new age, fusion, and world (Arab-like chanting). Through his originals and a rendition of Dolores Durán's "A Noite do Meu Bem," Rocha delivers an appealing (a little) experimental instrumental sound for those wanting to go beyond background music. The album was co-produced and also performed by Zeca Baleiro. There is a disposable drum machine in one track.
