From teen sensation of the '60s to venerable institution of Spanish pop music, it has been a long and ever successful road for Dúo Dinámico. In recent times, Manuel de la Calva and Ramón Arcusa have mostly taken to refashioning their hits, and Somos Jovenes: 50 Años is no exception to this trend. This DVD/CD release offers new versions of 12 of their classics such as "Resistiré," "Quince Años Tiene Mi Amor," "Perdóname," and "Lolita Twist," each performed by the duo and a special guest such as Julio Iglesias, Miguel Ríos, Alaska, Los Pecos, Ana Torroja, Lolita, Andy & Lucas, Diana Navarro, or Soledad Jiménez, among others. The DVD contains a "making of" documentary and interview, live TV appearances, and many extras.
