This jam-packed release consists of material from 1992's Hip-Notic EP, 1994's Shout On! EP, and eight "throwaway" bonus tracks recorded shortly after the Hip-Notic session. There are a few good originals among its 25 tracks, such as "Potential Liability" and the Ramones-esque "Dark," but there are some brutally great covers, especially the Animals' "Inside Lookin' Out" and the Seeds' "Pushin' Too Hard." The bonus tracks are mostly uninteresting, although fans may get a kick out of "The Crusher," a nonsensical monster-movie rocker featuring vocals by Vic Mostly. To many fans, this is the classic Makers sound.
