This is another one of those split EPs where one would have a hard time guessing which band is which if the artwork and labels were missing. Both September and Windsor for the Derby contain a formula of quiet instrumentals that just flow without going anywhere. The only major difference is that Windsor for the Derby quietly uses a synthesizer and drum machine, while September has a more traditional guitar/bass/drums instrumentation. Nothing outstanding or memorable, but it could at least be enjoyed as background music.
