Two years on from their third album Abduction, Eat Static's Science of the Gods shows a marked improvement over the duo's previous output. Adding a few impressive breakbeats tied to both jungle and hip-hop, but never sacrificing their allegiance to psychedelic and alien-obsessed techno/trance, Science of the Gods hits several highpoints, including "Interceptor," "Contact..." and "Bodystealers."
