AllMusic Review by

P.C. Davidoff's first album Santosh used electro-acoustic harp with background synthesizer to create a spacious neo-oriental meditation environment. On Sage a similar ambience is created, but the primary instrument and the geography have changed, with harp traded for Native American flute. Glass windchimes clink while an ominous synthesized wind whips across the prairie. Like a lone coyote, P.C. Davidoff's plaintive Lakota flute rises above the windswept plains, hinting of the beauty to be found by the soul even in the midst of life's adversities.
