Included are two extended tracks of contrasting but matching beauty, grace and dignity. The first, an instrumental for an 18th-century sacred gamelan, is a piece associated with the Muslim feast of Mouloud. The second is a 50-minute three-part sacred dance normally performed by the princesses of the palace and rich in both male and female solo and choral singing as well as instrumental work. Both are superb.
