Though it's difficult to understand why, ZYX Records issued several compilations including several of their artists doing traditional pop hits -- "Crimson and Clover" by 2 Young, "Show Me the Way" by Mr. President, "And the Beat Goes On" by Lorenza, "Pray" by DJ Bobo -- mixed in with a few originals. Sure, it lends a spot of familiarity to the entire album for rock fans, but none of these versions even approach the originals.
