AllMusic Review by

Another rock & rolling singer-songwriter debuts and disappears, I'm sure. Very much in that "personal tribulations" vein and coming complete with the standard harmony and drum sounds for current singer-songwriters. Swanson is an okay singer, and his material blends the Eagles, John Mellencamp, Springsteen, and the usual gang of suspects. The recording sounds a bit underpowered, though, and his band has a few problems with tempo and arrangement -- the first is shaky and the second is uninspired. Not bad, but almost completely forgettable.
