Aqua Timez have a pretty good thing going for them, with fairly sanitized rock mixed with impossibly flat vocals providing them legions of fans (it doesn't hurt that they provide theme music for a number of popular shows and movies, such as this single for the movie Gokusen). The short set opens with the title track, something strangely similar to themes that have already been hits for them in the past ("Velonica," for example) -- a bit of chewy pop without any real direction, but enough charisma to scoot the band through regardless. Next up is "Nagasu Gita Yoru Ni," a surprisingly catchy piece with a simplistic piano-and-drum background that never quite stops. The sound returns to more strictly pop ballad territory with "Perfect World," and finishes with an instrumental version of the title track that arguably works better than the original. It's fairly bland material, but right in the sweet spot for Aqua Timez, and their fans should still enjoy this one.
