If there was ever a Japanese beach dance party film, the 18.104.22.168's would be the band that everyone would boogie down to. All-girl rockabilly that can be equally tough and raw while at the same time bouncy and feeling good, Pin Heel Storm is what would happen if Supersnazz and Shonen Knife collaborated together in the studio. Slow moving at times, and the screechy vocals can wear thin after a while, but, all in all, a nice romp of '50s revival with a garagy edge.
