One Love: The Bob Marley All-Star Tribute unites reggae and R&B luminaries in a joyful celebration of Bob Marley's life and music. Filmed in Oracabessa Bay in late 1999, the concert features inspired duets like Lauryn Hill and Ziggy Marley's "Redemption Song," Busta Rhymes and Julian Marley's "Rasta Man Chant," and Erykah Badu and Jimmy Cliff's "No Woman No Cry," along with tributes like the Marley Family's "Could You Be Loved," Ben Harper's "Get Up Stand Up," and Tracy Chapman's "Three Little Birds." Though the concert might disappoint some reggae purists, One Love honors the impressive, widespread influence Marley's music had. Equally impressive are the DVD extra features, which include multiple angles, behind-the-scenes footage, discographies, and a photo gallery, making it worthwhile for DVD buffs as well as reggae and R&B fans.
