Music to Promote Sleep features soundscapes created by new age vet Hennie Bekker, with the input of Dr. Lee R. Bartel, who evidently is some sort of expert in the field of cognitive research. There's little difference to the six pieces, despite their separate track numbers and names ("Journey to Dreamland," "Tranquil Realms," etc.); while they're certainly relaxing, they're also quite formless and random. Still, regardless of Music to Promote Sleep's debatable scientific value, it's certainly very soothing. Cool cover art, too.
