The second offering from shred guitarist George Bellas offers little improvement or progression over his debut. Surely there are those who can tell the difference between an Yngwie Malmsteen arpeggio versus one played by Bellas, but even that might be a stretch. Incontestably talented on both guitar and violin, Bellas should at least be given credit for trying to preserve the seemingly lifeless neo-classical style. Unfortunately the lack of originality, amateur production quality, and mundane compositions make this just another shred recording that will appeal exclusively to guitarists (young ones at that).
