After successful Huuda Harkiten LP and Daavidin Fuzz single, Y.U.P. certainly had all chances to get more audience. They remained their complex dynamics and song structures, but enlarged the sound at the same time with two guitars. A very wise choice -- especially when listening to Minä Olen Myyrä. Although the songs are very raw (listen to different versions of "Minä Olen Myyrä" and "Huonot Uutiset" on Toppatakkeja Ja Toledon Terästä and you'll find out), their arrangements are very tight, and two guitars make difference. Also, the three live tracks of Y.U.P.'s previous works are excellent. And when the marvelous Atomic Roosters cover, "Keitto-Ruoka," is added to pool, it is sure that Minä Olen Myyrä is not just a collectable or another EP.
