This is pretty forgettable stuff, sad to say after the mild success of Pass the Paintbrush, Honey. You expect more from Biff Bang Pow! since Creation head Alan McGee is the main member, and given how awesome the '60s Creation song is that they took their name from, but they don't deliver deliver convincingly. Let's face it, no disrespect to McGee, whose label has been responsible for a boat load of great music, especially in the early 2000s when England really needed a large boot up its bum, but this is bad pop swill on the A-side. Two of the three other cuts are moody and OK, but can't save this swimmer from drowning. Go back to the LP if you're looking for an in on these guys, as they need to write songs as good as their roster or their inspirations from 20 years ago to be rated as highly.
