It wasn't immediately apparent from the first volume that a second would be warranted, but Lost Chicano Oldies, Vol. 2 does reissue some incredibly rare tracks from Latin soul acts of the late '60s and early '70s. Most of these songs don't even rate for the one percent of collectors especially interested in the period, but a few tracks do rise above the soup. "She's My Woman, She's My Girl" by the Four Singing Avalons and "Wait Till I Find Her" by the not-so-fabulously named Fabulous Filtrations are the best here; they could've competed on the charts in Chicago during the late '60s or early '70s as Chi-Lites/Impressions sound-alikes.
