AllMusic Review by

One of the more popular tejano acts on the Freddie roster, La Fiebre recorded these electric performances at the label's 1997 festival in Texas. The crowd clearly shows their appreciation, as happy cheers ring out from the many young women in attendance. Favorite themes dot the set list, such as the honey-drenched "Borracho De Besos," and "Labios De Cereza," made glorious through the rosy pipes of Pedro Alanis Espinoza and Fidy Alvarez' keyboard fanfare. Even the teary tequila declarations of "De Cantina En Cantina" come off happily, with accordion virtuoso Lee "J.R." Gomez Jr. spicing up the song via his magic fingers. The Led Zeppelin warhorse "Kashmir" makes for a climactic and peculiarly natural outro for the concerts.
