Emo-pop band Sleeping with Sirens put a new spin on their music with this concert album. Live and Unplugged finds singer Kellin Quinn and his band playing a handful of their best and best-known songs in acoustic arrangements. By turning down the volume and allowing the melodies and lyrics to come to the surface, Live and Unplugged offers a new perspective on this band and its music. If the guitars lack the same force as on the originals, these performances are chock-full of energy and passion. Live and Unplugged was recorded in front of a vocally enthusiastic audience, as Quinn banters with the fans who sing along with gusto.
