AllMusic Review by

This LP, one of 25 put out by Harrison in the mid-to-late '70s that are comprised of hot dance and early jazz music from the 1925-35 period, is a bit of a hodgepodge with 14 selections from ten different bands, of the better-known names, trombonist Jack Teagarden's band plays "You're Simply Delish" in 1930, Ina Ray Hutton's Melodears are heard on two numbers and Ted Lewis's band with cornetist Muggsy Spanier (the leader is fortunately absent) romps on "Here You Come with Love." Collectors of dance-band music will want this hard-to-find release.
