AllMusic Review by

Another '70s cumbia group, it's different from the usual Colombian sonora in that it's fronted by one trumpet and one trombone, instead of a clarinet and a trombone. A charmingly ponderous band with very nice small-town singing, it's nearer in spirit to the vallenato groups than to most salsa-cumbia groups -- even Peregoyo.
