This budget LP contains 12 performances taken from Jack Teagarden's radio transcriptions of 1941-42. All of this music has since been reissued on CD by Jass but, if found at a cheap price, it is worth acquiring. There were no famous names among the trombonist's sidemen (this band was a commercial flop) but Teagarden has many fine solos (along with three vocals) and the music swings.
