Subtitled "Meditation Environments," this album's two extended tracks draw their philosophical inspiration from the ancient Chinese text, the I Ching, and their musical inspiration from Brian Eno and the works of the minimalist composers. "I" features a simple piano figure that repeats itself throughout the piece with subtle variations, over shifting synthesizer space chords and a soft deep drone that surges forward to meet the piano melody. "Shiho" sets up a marimba-like sequencer pattern, framing a sonorous choral melody, with male voices softly chanting the syllable "aah," rhythmically descending and ascending, gently buffeted by muted wave sounds.
