From lucid piano on "The Disappearance" to the percussive focus of "True Emotions," Ornella D'Urbano's Heavenly Realms is both beautiful and restful to hear. The harp graces many of her compositions, like the gently symphonic "Light Remote" and "White Lady," while flute is the focal instrument in the title song, "Heavenly Realms." Some selections are instrumental, and then "Dancing in the Rain" and "Angels" also offer soothing, peaceful vocals. In all, it is a very melodious and tranquil release and recommended for fans of new age and ambient music.
