The counterpoint to the Having a Wonderful Time With the Tripods compilations -- completely. Whereas that collection looked at the Damon Edge/Helios Creed years of Chrome, this looks at the Edge-only years. The result: a feast of insipidness, simply put. Every so often Edge comes up with something vaguely interesting on his own, but mostly this is a culling of the most listenable moments from his interminable series of '80s into '90s albums, and even those are depressingly subpar. Edge's initial turning of himself into a neo new wave sex god wasn't much, and his other explorations into dullness just make things worse. If one really wants to see what Edge did with himself after Creed left, this is where to start, but there's no other reason to look into this stuff.
