AllMusic Review by

It seems as though the Everlys' original '50s hits on Cadence are endlessly repackaged, and for good reason; although they went to rack up more hits at Warner Brothers and kept recording for a good while after that, both solo and later re-united, these are the tracks that made their reputation and got them into the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. This is a little bit different of a track selection than what's on the Rhino/Cadence best-of, with "Be Bop a Lula," "Keep a Knockin'," and "Rip It Up" standing in place for three of the tracks, but it's a nice set for a starter. Can't go wrong with this material and the transfers are clean as can be.
