AllMusic Review by

Originally released in 2007 on limited-edition red vinyl, the Cleopatra label's Goth as Fuck compilation features some bona fide, black-nail-polish classics. Those include the Bauhaus-like "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" from Specimen, the electro-stomping "I Walk the Line" from Alien Sex Fiend, "Gothic Girl" from the Type O Negative-ish 69 Eyes, and maybe even the Gene Loves Jezebel track "Desire," although that last one appears in a lesser known remix from Soil & Eclipse member G.W. Childs. Great highlights, and a fairly strong second line of songs, but who can say whether or not the set is aptly titled. Fans looking to collect the whole series should also seek out Punk as Fuck, Metal as Fuck, plus the utterly delicious Glam as Fuck.
