AllMusic Review by

A more diverse and elaborately produced effort than their debut, embellishing the minor-key acoustic guitar strumming with ominous piano, flamenco runs, and occasional backwards guitar. Alternating between a high, wispy female singer and a rough-hewn male vocalist, they explore somber, ethereal territory here, as one could gather from titles like "Fog Thru The Night," "A Kiss In French Night, " and "Ghosts In The Sun." More top-rank late-night music, a bit more heavy-hearted than the first LP, with hauntingly pretty melodies that rescue this material from gloom'n'doom fare.
