While it may seem heresy to put this album first it shows off another of his skills beautifully. Hemant Kumar's work may have lacked the true class of somebody like Naushad (as his Genius of Naushad anthology (EMI India CDPMLP 5673) drawn from Baiju Bawra, Mughal-e-Azam, Mother India and others showed). He was still a force to reckoned with.
