A fairly good sampler from the Deram/London stable of artists, England's Greatest Hitmakers was a benefit record that provided funds for the Lords Taverns Fund, which was an association that helped finance cricket fields in England. The record succeeds on some levels. Aside from tracks by the Rolling Stones ("Little by Little"), Tom Jones ("Kiss Kiss"), Them ("Little Girl"), and several others, one of the highlights on this sampler is the Zombies' "Nothing's Changed," which has been notoriously hard to find (until 1997's Zombie Heaven box set).
